Recently, I had the honor and pleasure to chat with our dear friend Rev Donna Christine Park on our “Woo-Hoo Extra” radio show on the internet radio station, “Radio Once More”.
Donna Christine and I chatted about her wonderful organization “Walk a Mile in My Shoes on the Path to Peace”. Over the years Donna Christine has sponsored many shoe drives and flip-flop drives in many states to collect gently used shoes and new flip-flops for those in need of footwear.
During our “shoe” related conversation, we also listened to the Carl Perkins classic hit, “Blue Suede Shoes”. We also enjoyed some classic “Old Time Radio” as we listened to an episode of “Family Theater”. We enjoyed the episode entitled “In Each Other’s Shoes” that originally aired on 10-26-1949.
